Excellent location to access Osaka, Kobe, and Universal City. Yotsubashi Station was around the corner, Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori within walking distance. Lots of little shops to enjoy cuisine and drinks. 24 hour grocery store also around the corner. Questions were answered within 24 hours making checking and check out easy. English instructions were much appreciated. Our family of 3 adults and 1 child had so much space to move around. Recommend this stay for families and adults!

是6/2號入住，整體來說沒有太大的缺點，只是住宿的對外大門，希望是可以鎖起來的😅（房間當然是可以鎖，但大門真的都不會鎖起來）有跟客服反應，客服也只回不用鎖，因此如果是注重安全這方面的話，可以注意一下。 住宿環境給三顆星，是因為當天晚上十一點了，外面時不時都會有汽車的引擎聲「破----破----」的吵雜聲，而且真的都超大聲，超害怕會一整個睡不著，幸好後來還是睡著了。 最後的退房，一定要記得歸還鑰匙😅，在這非常感謝當天的客服，即使只能靠翻譯軟體來回溝通，但依舊很感謝客服的協助。 下次若還有機會，我個人認為團體行動的話，這家很適合住宿，畢竟離熱區點都蠻近，大眾運輸也很方便，走路五分鐘就可以到捷運站。然後有洗衣機（當時的房型是和對面的共用一台，但就是兩戶共用一台，還有提供洗衣精）、房內設施就是如網站顯示的。

Very good location,easy to go anywhere.metro just 2 minutes walk.around few restaurants to eat even late night. Rooms nice and clean.we stay on ground floor was good but if you stay second or third floor,there no lift so you need to bring your suitcase up yourself. Definitely will consider come back
