Warning to my fellow travelers: if you have to communicate with the hotel AT ALL, good luck. I booked my first night in a smaller room and second night in a bigger room, and they would not give us the room code for the second room until a couple hours before check in (supposed to be 48 hrs). We tried contacting them through the website, email, Whatsapp, and Wechat. Finally got a response from Wechat after a full day of attempts. Would also not respond at all to questions about storing luggage or early check-in. Many instances made me think that this is not a legitimate business. Also impossible to find at night without a local to guide you around to the back street (it is on the other side of where Google Maps takes you). The doors to the rooms do not auto-lock when you leave, and it’s not obvious how to lock from the outside. I guess you get what you pay for. It is a completely unstaffed hotel. The rooms are at least nice, clean, affordable, and the location is great. It’s fine if you just need a place to crash near Namba station for the night.

This place was great since it is located in the heart of Osaka. Convenient walk to the train station. It's located in a "shotengai" (outdoor covered shopping street), and therefore, there are many options for food and shopping. We bought food at the local supermarket and even cooked at the house. I just wish they had more plates and cookware. It was conveniently located next to a coin laundry as well. Will definitely stay here again.

역에서 가깝고 시장과 도톤보리 명소랑도 매우 가깝고 좋아요 밤에는 조용하고 시설도 깔끔하고 4인 가족이 있기에 부족함이 없었습니다

위치, 가성비, 숙소로서 최고였습니다!!!

너무 좋았습니다. 가족여행으로는 적격이였던 것 같습니다. 직접 요리해먹을 공간과 바로 옆이 쿠로몬 시장이라 24시간 마트도 가깝고 쉴때도 고요하고 좋았네요!! 다만, 욕조는 없어요!

동생들이랑 여행했는데 정말 좋았습니다 일단 위치가 구로몬 시장 바로 옆이라 근처에 밥 먹을 곳이랑 선물 살 곳이 많았어요 닛폰바시역까지 2분 거리였는데 난바역이랑도 별로 안 멀어서 라피트 타고 도착했을 때 어렵지 않게 숙소 체크인 할 수 있었어요 방도 깨끗하고 침대도 셋이 쓰기에 문제 없었습니다 욕실이 화장실이랑 분리돼있고 넓은 편이라 피곤할 때 반신욕하기에도 좋았어요! 구글맵에 주소를 쳐서 찾아오면 시장 라멘 가게인지 초밥 가게인지 암튼 시장 쪽 식당으로 나오는데 그 뒤에 있는 골목으로 돌아가면 바로 나와요! 첨에 좀 헤맸네요ㅜㅋㅋ 숙소에 물 없으니까 사서 들어가세요! 위치 , 컨디션 이만한 데가 없어서 다음에 오사카 가거나 지인이 간다면 추천하고 싶어요

黒門市場の裏にあり、美味しいレストランへのアクセスがとても良いです。 部屋も綺麗で広く、お風呂も大きかったです。 近隣ホテルで同じクオリティを求めると値段は倍すると思います。 フロントサービスはないですが、困りごとはありませんでした。
