The room was clean and the staff were good. It is a busy hotel with a high volume of bus traffic. Being at the end of dotombori street means a combination of convenience, energy, and crowds.

This was our first time visiting Japan, and we absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and relaxing. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. It made our first trip to Japan unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
