The room was clean and acceptable but a little of a "squeeze". But loved that there was a small closet where bags could be stored.

Staff provided excellent customer service and was very responsive (within 5-10 minutes). The room was nice and clean, great for couples or small families. Self service check-in and check-out noting that if you need luggage holding prior to check-in, you will need to bring 100 yen coins for the lockers.

The location is good, very close to a metro station. Family mart and 711 are also close. Quiet nice area and safe to go out and about at night. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. Would be helpful if it had its own iron. Everything else was within the apartment.

It is in a great spot as there are 2 stations within walking distance and a Family Mart really close. The facility itself is fantastic as it's basically an apartment with everything you could want. I mainly booked the place for the personal Washing/drying machine as I had a load to do before flying back. The only downside is that there are not many restaurant options other than 3-4 within walking distance. If you wanted more, you had to walk about 20 minutes. Donki is a 20 minute walk as well!

交通便利，離捷運站很近，距離難波只有一站，附近就有居久屋，便利商店，鬧中取靜。 房間在日本算大，又很舒適，有廚房可使用，也有餐具。 浴室有暖風功能，冬天很適用 ; 有乾燥功能，毛巾跟衣物可以使用。 美中不足就是要住滿五天才能免費打掃換床單一次。 以及付費Locker數量應該不夠用，沒櫃檯可以幫忙寄放行李這點有點可惜。
