Excellent place to stay, with all the amenities and attraction places Dotombori 400m walking distance. Also lots of eatery nearby and 300m away from metro train Nipponbashi. The room is clean and suffice for a family of 4. The online service is great and they responded v fast. Overall great place to stay.

Upon arrival, we were a bit confused because there was no check-in desk. Fortunately, I had cell service and checked my email, where I noticed (only two hours before arrival) we’d been sent the door code. If I hadn’t had service, this would have been a major problem! Once inside, we noticed areas in the room that had not been cleaned but thankfully the beds were clean. The beds were quite firm, but the kitchen was useful. The room served what were needed.

The room was wonderful. Clean and well equipped with great appliances. Very minimal for utensils and dishes but we didn’t cook much. The facility felt safe and great location. I will book again.

Clean room. AC working fantastic. Laundry washer in unit. Just takes longer to dry clothes. Maybe the filter needed to be cleaned so it will dry clothes faster.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is unbeatable—close to everything—and the room itself was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The little touches, like the plush robe and slippers, were wonderful, and the modern appliances were a real plus. We did have a slight challenge figuring out the combined washer and dryer, but that was the only tiny hiccup. Seriously, this is the best hotel experience we've had in Japan to date. Five stars and highly recommended!

The room was very spacious and clean. I liked that the staff sent me a message through expedia occasionally for updates. The booklet that was provided in the room with all the information for the property rules and how to use the appliances was super helpful. The in-unit washer/dryer was convenient. I would stay here again.

I did enjoy my stay at the apartment hotel. Lots of space with separate bathroom and toilet, a special call out was for the washing machine and dryer in the apartment - make washing/drying so much easier. The only item for improvement would be to put more hooks on the wall - to hang towels or toiletry bags. The apartment is a quiet area but only a 10 min walk to Dontoburi and a 7 min walk to the station.
