部屋はとても快適でした。預けた荷物も部屋に入れておいてくれて助かった。 従業員の態度が良くなかったです。ホテルの従業員として教育ができていない。にこやかな丁寧な対応がなく、聞かれたことだけに答えるだけでは客対応になっていない。挨拶もない。タオルの取り換え時にノックなしで入るなど基本の教育を必要とする。日本人ではない人を起用するのはとてもいいことですが、その人達も含め、全体的に基本マナーを教えたほうがよい。

The hotel was great, quick checkin and out. The staff was great and assisted with everything. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It has a few convenient enterances to subway and shopping starts a few blocks away. We will definitely recommend this place if your coming to Osaka.

トリプルの部屋は広くて、バス、トイレは独立、冷蔵庫・冷凍庫、簡易キッチン、乾燥機付き洗濯機が付いており、非常に便利で快適。開く窓が無く、換気がすぐにできないのが難点。キッチンの排水管も水を流した時に気になる。オフィス街の中であるが、駅近、飲食店、繁華街にも近く、非常に便利。コスパも良い。

Nice experience for 3 nights stay

The room with wash machine is very impressive and practical. The front desk staffs are very nice and gentle. The location of hotel is near a subway entrance/exit （堺筋本町）with one block distance. The price and the room size are proper.

Convenient, clean, modern.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. It's a little far from both Osaka and Shin-Osaka train stations so we took a taxi to get to the latter as the trains can get very crowded and not fun to use when dragging a suitcase. The room was clean and comfortable. There's a washer/dryer but is suitable only for small loads and takes a long time to dry - but it did work well for our schedule.
