The hotel is located in Juso which is just two stops from Umeda- Osaka station on the Hankyu line. The hotel is just a short walk from the station & there are many shops & restaurants & near-by. The hotel is newly renovated & everything is in great condition. The room is more spaceous than some standard Japanese hotel, we were lucky to have the room facing the river & Umeda Skyline. Staff were extremely helpful & most of them could speak English. I would like to give a special thank you to Kuka San for helping me send a parcel to Hokkaido. Kuka san was very friendly & helpful & assisted me in all the paper work for the delivery as I cannot speak or read Japanese. We highly recommend thís hotel to anyone who wish to visit Osaka & is looking for a quite to stay away from the busy area. The hotel serve tasty complementary breakfast.The only suggestion we have is that the maybe to replace the pillows as we found they were too low & soft.

The breakfast was very decent, though more limited than other Toyoko Inn properties I've visited - still, it was more than adequate to start the day. Very walkable and convenient to Juso station. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel but the beds are ROCKS!

THE HARDEST BEDS IN JAPAN. Not kidding I understand beds are firm here and I actually prefer a firm mattress but these things were rocks. I tossed and turned for half the night before taking 2 comforters and putting them beneath me to make a makeshift pillow top.

Top hotel, highly recommended

Its a chain hotel but very clean, spacious and includes breakfast. The staff dont speak english but its not a problem as they hold translators and are very helpful. Good location, free breakfast and located 3 minutes from the bus stop and a short walk to jujo station too.
