We checked in before noon, dropped off bags and went exploring. Location is excellent. We came back to the room to find a dirty sheet, we got a new sheets and it was fine. In the morning we left the room at 10:17 and spent the next 20 min arguing over a 1000 yen charge for staying longer than the 10am checkout. We had assumed checkout was 11 as usual in all our stays in japan. I refused to pay based and was told that "in Japan we have a different standard and it is very strict". I brought up the fact that their standard did not have the room ready at the time promised and found having to pay 1000 yen ridiculous. I asked for a manager and they said manager does not speak English and I said no problem we can communicate with google translate. They said they dont have time and This is when they threatened to call the police and I said go ahead and waited for them to do so. After a few minutes they said they would make an exception. All of it left a very bad taste and would not stay here again. We paid nearly $500 for the room and the the 1000yen which is $10 would not have made a difference really but it is the principle

Well located hotel with nice breakfast. The room lighting was very harsh and the room had no view except into someone else’s room. They should at least improve with soft LED lighting.

Great location, 5-10 min walk to Namba station. Access to the underground mall is right out the front door of the hotel. Room was clean and bright and free buffet breakfast.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The room we selected was large and great rate. We had 2 full size beds plus a queen. Room had pull down separators, 2 bathrooms. View wasn’t great as it faced the freeway and there was construction on the street. Convenient, close to Dotonbori and Namba station entrance was just out the door. Laundry facility on site was a plus.

Conveniently located to the Dotunburi. Had everything we needed including storage of our luggage after check out and a wonderful free breakfast. The bed was a little hard and the room small but it suited our needs.

Easy access to the subway station and to major attraction. Lots of food and shopping options. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is ok and can be crowded after 830am. Perfect base to be in the heart of Osaka. Would not hesitate to stay again.
