Don’t miss breakfast: the ladies responsible for it are the kindest most fun people you’ll meet. Also do try the complimentary skin care products: they are really good! Hotel is located in walking distance from metro and Dotonbori.

Disappointent and Super Annoyed

We decided on this hotel because we wanted to bring our pet but because they didnt mention on hotels.com that only specific rooms allowed pets, we had to find other means for our pets accommodation. That literally ruined the first 2 nights of our trip. Very disappointed. They also only have 2 parking spaces so its always full it seems. Thankfully there are other parking spaces around, just double the price.

Good comfort hotel

Overall 5 out of 5 hotel stay. Every morning 10 am - 4 pm, they have housekeeping team clean up your room. When we came back from outside, we get a clean room and bath towels daily. Walking distance to subway, family mart, 7-11 & Shinsaibashi. Hotel staff very friendly & breakfast is delicious. They also have coin laundry machine for your clothes. Cons: We were given a room facing the next building wall but its no big deal as we went out early and came back late. Anyway, I will definitely recommend this hotel name to my family or friends traveling to Japan. We will book again this hotel when we travel to Japan again.

Had a great time in Osaka and my stay at Toyoko Inn was fabulous. They included a breakfast and the room was nice and clean. No complaints. The staff was professional and helpful. The location was walkable distance to many attractions. My fiancee and I were very happy and satisfied.

Free breakfast! Small room but very clean.

I was shock to see suck small room when I first walked in. This was the first hotel I stayed in Japan, but I found out that pretty much all the standard room are about the same size. Their staff were quite nice and the room was very clean. The best part was...... FREE BREAKFAST. The breakfast was realllllly good.

朝ごはんを作ってくれるスタッフの方がとても明るくて楽しくて素敵な方でした。 朝ごはんも手作りのおむすびで大き過ぎず食べやすい大きさで柔らかくて５つも食べました。本当はもっと食べたかったですし、全種類制覇したいくら本当に美味しかったです♪ スープ類はカレースープも肉汁もお野菜のお汁も全部とても美味しかったです。
