The room was a good size for Japan, conveniently located near train lines, shopping, and dining options. It was quiet, offered nice amenities, and the staff were helpful. This was our sixth hotel in Japan, and our favorite.

As other good reviews, the hotel was great. The hotel was near the station, surrounded by full amenities. The receptionists and cleaners are very polite and helpful. I am happy to have chosen this hotel.

Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster.
