Located next to subway station, with convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the staffs are nice, especially when dealing with customers who speak Japanese. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster.

Perfect location with great service.

Only a few minutes walk from Kyobashi train station. The station even had a sign to address where the hotel was, so it was super easy to find it. The hotel has everything guests need such as convenience store, microwave, washing machine, vending machine and ice machine. There are many stores and restaurant within walking distance and Osaka Castle is only around 15 minutes walk as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I recommend this hotel to everyone who travel around Kansai area.
