This hotel had one of the largest rooms that we stayed in on our Japan trip, but sadly it was my least favourite room. It was dark, empty and soulless. We didn’t havre anything to put our bags on other than the floor. The location is handy to the train station. The staff were friendly.

staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spotless. The location is very convenient and if you familiar with the street, walk to Osaka station is five minutes (without lugguage), otherwise, took you half an hour without idea

The room was very clean and a nice layout. Location was amazing, close enough to walk to the train station and lots of food and shops right outside your door. The amenities were amazing! The Onsen was such a treat and the staff was some of the best I interacted with in Japan. I look forward to the day I get to stay here again!

We had an exceptional time in this hotel. They had an anniversary card for us on the bed which was so thoughtful. My husband and I loved the onsen in the hotel. It was open 24 hours which was incredible. If I’m ever in Osaka again I will book this hotel. It’s also so close to many different food options

The room is quite small. We had to rearrange the furniture to make space for our luggage. The entrance is by a busy pedestrian street and is not accessible by cars. If you are driving, you need to unload your bags on a main road nearby and walk to the property. Nice public bath and stone spa. Only few minutes walk to the main umeda shopping district
