Good but our reservation was a bit messed up. Charged extra for my wife which was supposed to be included. Couldn’t use complementary breakfast because was only for one guest and they put us in a room with 2 single beds. Great hotel with great facilities otherwise. Just be aware the reservation may have issues.

Hotel seems new, friendly and helpful staff, however the room size is very small and the amenities were not good. We had large luggage and really struggled to manage in the room. Not all amenities were placed in the room rather you need yo get it from the reception. Eg: shower capIf you need a shower cap, not very practical.

The property was nice. Staff was friendly and the bar opened late so we got to end our night with amazing drinks. The room was spacious and bathroom was nice :)! Def will come back, there’s lot of hotels that says king bed but not king in Japan but this property def had king bed for us’

Great!

Great hotel and friendly staff. Spacious rooms, modern, and clean rooms, when compared to many other hotels in major cities of Japan. Beds were fairly uncomfortable and pillows definitely need an upgrade but besides that, this was our favorite hotel during a larger trip across Japan.

This hotel feels geared more towards stays for business than leisure. If you’re looking to be a tourist be prepared to take transport each time you want to go somewhere. Staff were great however! Friendly and helpful.
