Located in an established neighborhood just 6 blocks from beautiful Menomonee Park & Lake Winnebago. You'll be welcomed by a seating area on the front porch. As you enter the house, you'll walk into an open concept living room which flows into the dining area and then into the kitchen. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, an electric tea pot. The first floor conveniently has a half bath and an office/sun room area perfect for remote work and reading a good book.

The second floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Bedrooms 2 or 3 have full size beds.

Enjoy the outdoor by relaxing on the back patio area under a retractable awning. Take a short stroll down to Menomonee Park where you can sit by the water of Lake Winnebago, see the animals at the free zoo, play pickle ball/tennis/volleyball and be a kid again on the two playgrounds.
