The air conditioning went off sometime during the night so I got over heated. The breakfast offered with the hotel wasn’t very good at all in my opinion. Pancakes were stuck together and rubbery, no waffle machine like most hotels. I didn’t even have any coffee as the breakfast wasn’t good so I felt the coffee wasn’t going to be good either. I know the breakfast is complimentary but it should at least be good to start my day.

Staff were exceptional. Joshua was able to provide an extra chair for our room, Deb the housekeeper for our floor went above and beyond, making us feel loved line family. A fridge with a freezer compartment to freeze our ice bricks for our cooler is the only improvement we would suggest

It was a very nice, neat, and clean property. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Our only concern was the in-room AC unit was extremely loud as it cycled on and off.

Kitchen employees not friendly few minutes before 9 (end of breakfast) employees shut down even though my piece of Bread stll on the on rolling toaster when I asked to turn it back on they did and drop the bread to the floor I asked her to give me another piece of Bread an refused to do so Not a friendly employee by any means

A "Tru" Gem

Although our stay was very short (one night) it was very nice. If your looking for a simple hotel for a short stay I would highly recommend the Tru by Hilton when visiting Oshkosh. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and the area was great. It was close to restaurants and stores.

The hotel is new. The rooms were lovely. The staff was great. The free breakfast was good. The pool was nice. Easy access to the hotel. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.
