Wohnung war trotz Buchungsbestätigung nicht frei

Vermieter bestätigte die Buchung. Wenige Tage darauf deutete er an, dass die Wohnung wohl doch nicht frei sei und wollte uns an Fewodirekt vorbei eine andere Wohnung zuweisen. Das wollten wir natürlich nicht. Er weigerte sich, von sich aus zu stornieren. Am Abend vor dem Abflug standen keine Checkin Informationen zu Verfügung. Wir mussten ad hoc eine andere Wohnung buchen. FeWo direkt half uns unsere bereits bezahlte Miete zurück zu bekommen. Für uns never ever again!!! Schlimmer gehts kaum!
