The studio was okay, smaller and darker than the pictures but well equipped. When I arrived there was this annoying beep and took a while to be able to contact someone for help (I ended up on the live chat on the website)! Additionally, it’s advertised as ‘Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 7am’ but this was far from the case. I didn’t get to sleep until around 3am (I was getting up at 3.45am for a flight) because of the noise, the blaring music, the shouting, the running up and down the corridors….there was certainly no enforcement for that chaos that was taking place all night. Whilst the price is attractive, I’d recommend avoiding this place in favour of a good nights sleep elsewhere.

I booked Forenom because it is an apartment hotel, rooms have a kitchen and i planned to self cater. However the microwave in my room was faulty. It was replaced on the morning that i left. I had bought frozen meals to cook, but as i was unable to use the microwave, i therefore ate out, and thus the meals were thrown away. Also, in this era of cyber crime and identity theft, i felt uncomfortable about the information that had to be shared in order to gain the entry code. To me, the hotel was well positioned. It was easy to walk to the centre and to nearby shopping. Apart from the inconvenience of the microwave, my room was very comfortable. The luggage storage availability was also very useful. My communication score was average, not because of the staff I encountered, who were extremely helpful and friendly. It was just that the desk was not always manned, so communication was through automated phone calls. I personally found it too clinical and impersonal. It was something one had to get used to. Having said that, the hotel was very competitive price wise, so I would stay there again (hopefully with a working microwave).

Room was ok for short stay. Everything worked & was clean. Softer chair cushions/ would be nice. Decor a bit dark for small room . But on the whole suitable for a short stay & a balcony. Felt a bit uneasy out localy, particularly around back of bus station & immediately side streets, few drug deals happening etc. But short walk to harbour area.

Very convenient location near the central station and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Desk clerk was nice and quite helpful. Quite satisfactory kitchen and the balcony was a bonus. A few sachets of coffee andtea maybe a small milk in the fridge would have been helpful. There was a dishwasher but with only minimal crockery they should supply a tea towel

All we t great. Ea check in and check out. Felt very safe. Many stores, restaurants, and the center of town in walking distance. Wifi and TV had pretty good Smart TV. Had Non problem. The apartment was well equipped It was perfect for me 😁
