Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung der Küche war sehr praktisch und die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Besteck vollkommen in Ordnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Schöne Wohnung

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Möbeln, funktionell ausgestattet - ruhig gelegen (kein Musiklärm am Abend). WLAN war ok. Negativ fanden wir die nicht überzogenen Betten! Ich habe doch keine Jugendherberge gebucht?, wo das evtl. normal ist. Nach einer 8,5 stündigen Autofahrt wollten wir uns einfach ausruhen - ging aber nicht durch die nichtbezogenen Betten! Dann wurde im ganzen Objekt (Ferienanlage) der Biomüll nicht getrennt! Er landete mit im Restmüll! Das geht einfach nicht!

Eigentlich gute Ferienwohnung - ABER

Geräumige Ferienwohnung, perfekt für ein Paar mit ggf. noch einem Kind. Allerdings gibt es einige Kritikpunkte, die den Aufenthalt unschön gemacht haben. 1. Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und nur schlecht durchlüftet - die Hitze steht immer in der Wohnung. Im Schlafzimmer muss daher über Nacht das Fenster aufgemacht werden, natürlich kommen da Mücken rein und an Schlaf ist nicht mehr zu denken. Ab 05:00 Uhr morgens scheint dann Sonne so stark durch das Fenster im Schlafzimmer, das man es wieder schließen muss (das heißt man wacht immer zur gleichen Zeit auf) und anschließend aufgrund der Hitze nur schlecht weiterschlafen kann. Das hat uns wirklich an einigen Tagen den letzten Nerv geraubt. 2. Das WLAN ist absolut ungenügend. Man konnte nicht mit 2 Laptops gleichzeitig verbunden sein, selbst nur mit einem Handy war die Geschwindigkeit sehr langsam. Gerade für junge Leute daher aus unserer Sicht sehr unkomfortabel. 3. Es gibt einen Smart-TV, aber die Internet-Funktion ging nicht. Daher auch kein Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc auf dem Fernsehgerät. Das stört ältere Menschen eher weniger, für jüngere Leute aber auch hier wieder ziemlich nervig. Ansonsten aber ordentlicher Standard der Möbel und der Einrichtung, allerdings ohne Liebe im Detail. Wir waren mit mehreren Gruppen für eine Woche Prerow und Preis-Leistungstechnisch hatten alle unsere Bekannten und Freunde eine bessere Unterkunft bekommen. Daher auch die 2 Sterne - mit funktionierendem Internet und TV wären es aber 3-4 Sterne gewesen.

Moderne und ansprechende Ausstattung

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung im 2. Stock eines alten Kapitänshauses in schöner ruhiger Umgebung im Ort, zu Fuß zum nächstgelegenen Strand an der Seebrücke 15 Minuten. Infrastruktur im Ort innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zweckmäßige Ausstattung der Wohnung, modern eingerichtet. Wegen der Dachschrägen in den beiden Schlafräumen für große Personen evt. eingeschränkt geeignet. Die steilen Treppen über zwei hohe Stockwerte erfordern auch ein bißchen Kondition, für uns (sie 69, er 75) waren sie gut zu bewältigen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und wollen gern wiederkommen!

Schöne FeWo im Zentrum von Prerow

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichte Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Balkon, aber ansonsten alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub an der Ostsee benötigt. Gerne wieder.
