The living area is surrounded by a large patio, with covered sitting and dining areas, and an outside kitchen with sink, pizza oven and a barbecue. The patio leads to the swimming pool which is 15 meters by 4 meters. There is also a large basement with laundry facilities. Equipment includes table football, table tennis and a multi-sports field for 5-a-side football, tennis or volleyball with synthetic turf and floodlights. The property is 300 meters from the nearest road, linked by a private driveway, and is surrounded by 3 hectares of land and 700 olive trees between 30 and 100 years old.
