Overall nice stay. Clean rooms and pretty good for the price. The only comment I have is the TV’s in the rooms are a little outdated technology wise. They don’t have smart tv features like ; YouTube / Netflix / screen mirroring etc.

front desk staff kept me waiting 20 minutes to check-in (as i waited behind only 1 person) because they didn't know how to process someone's check-out room charges as 2 transactions. then, when the staff finally served me, they were impatient with me as i took 20 seconds to retrieve my passport. the room was clean, except for the top sheet which had a stain & smelled of sweat. the bathroom fan didn't work, the bathroom door couldn't fully close, there was a 2 CM gap around it, and, because of how it was installed, it would slam open unless it was "latched shut" with a small, awkward to reach & turn "micro lock" which seemed like a weird mistake. after setting the shower temperature, it would oscillate between very hot and very cold, and the water pressure would drop regularly.

The staff & hotel room were great. We were greeted with very friendly & accommodating front desk staff. My husband & I were happily surprised with a room upgrade...thank you ANDAZ! Only 2 negatives about our stay; we had a little hiccup with the AC, that being said room is floor to ceiling windows and it was the hottest day of the summer; 2nd parking isn't most convenient, there is valet$$$ & drop-off your luggage available with parking down the street. Location of hotel is great.
