Not the hotel's fault but construction sites (neighbouring in this case) are usually noisy. Awesome staff nevertheless. Nice clean and quiet rooms.

Amazing location and super friendly staff! Walked to Parliament buildings, Rideau Canal, Market right outside the front door. Beautiful rooftop patio, beautiful room. Wish we could stay longer!

Property was alright, a bit dated but still pretty good. Check-in was smooth but the room we booked was not available (was given to a wedding party) and we were downgraded from room with a view of parliament hill to room facing construction site in the back of the hotel without any notice or compensation. We were only there for one night and I was kinda glad about leaving early the next day. Probably not going to stay here again. The rooftop with view is part of the bar at top, it gets really loud at night.

This was a nice-looking hotel in a great neighbourhood. The registration desk and front lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I stayed at a time when there was heavy construction happening at the hotel and I wasn't made aware of it when I booked my stay. The reason why I wouldn't stay here again is that in the four days I stayed at the hotel housekeeping only came once, and they didn't restock basic items (like coffee pods). If housekeeping isn't offered at this hotel, which I guess it isn't, there should be a way for a guest to get a clean towel or a coffee pod so they can have a coffee in the morning.

Hotel was very clean, sharp decor and location was within walking distance of tourist attractions and good restaurants. Great view from the 10th floor … spacious room and bathroom with all necessities. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Rooftop bar was perfect to witness sunsets but the menu, although good, is limited and pricey = $23 for a dry martini?!?! …. C’mon .. it’s not the Fairmont! All staff were exceptional.

The property and location is great as it was walkable to places of interest. The unfortunate part of our stay was our car, fob and various house keys going missing from our room (was placed in our luggage - my fault for not locking it). The room safe was placed way too high in the shelf for a short person to reach without using a chair.

What a disappointment. Hotel is not very clean and looks scruffy. I had a high expectations for being a Hyatt but very disappointing. On the way out valet ( which you had to take as no parking on site) was a bad experience. My car key was handed to me and said it is to busy for them to bring the car to the front and I can bring it out myself from this side alley .I never had to do that ever if it is a valet and I had a bunch of luggage. Will never stay here again. Only good thing is location.
