Communication with the host was timely, accurate and concise. Host returned emails within 5-10 minutes. Check-in and check-out were easy thanks to the thorough checklist. The condo was well-stocked with coffee, toiletries, and linens. The condo is quiet with lovely natural light. The condo is conveniently located in Gatineau for day trips to Ottawa. If choosing to stay in for dinner or dine out, the amenities are sufficient for either choice. Fabrice, thank you for the lovely accommodations.

This unit is a semi basement unit. People with kids live upstair. It is a relatively new building, however, the maintenance definitely not up to par. There is full load of bedding inside the dryer. The entrance door lock needed to be re-work. Kitchen facilities needed some sttention and care. There is one good feature from this unit which is the TV program have lots of choice.

Great stay!

The apartment was surprisingly roomy and bright. Easy to find. Getting inside was smooth. Fabrice left us a little welcome treat which was a great touch! We really enjoyed our stay.
