You will have access to everything except for a room near the garage that we use for storage.

We can be available in person upon request but we typically prefer to give our guests their space. We are available via phone & in the app.

We have 2 free parking spots on site. We are walking distance from local grocery stores and have public parking 50 meters from our property.

Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

Early Check-in/Late Check Out is available. Please ask.

Please remember that you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Deposits may be required. If you are bringing a dog, we do require a deposit.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. Pets not allowed on furniture and must be placed in kennel when left alone.
5. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
6. Animals must be disclosed with photo of animal
7. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
8. Clean the bbq after each use.
9. Garbage goes in garbage cans, cardboard in black box and other recycling in blue bin.
10. Guests must take out their own garbage & recycling on selected days.
