Great location, quiet area. Hotel is good overall, there was miscommunication at time of check in. The room is only serviced every 2 days, i wasn't informed. I stayed a weekend and i had to take care of my room. The sofa bed is super uncomfortable, better to ask for a roll up bed. Staff is friendly, and buffet breakfast is good

Poor housekeeping service. Stayed 4 nights and room was not cleaned a single time. Trash cans were emptied once, and a second time only at our specific request. Housekeeping staff were unfriendly/unwelcoming when we greeted them in elevator.

Room for improvement

The room was clean and the bed was fine however, going into the bathroom there is about a one and a half to 2 inch lip that caused me to stub my toe pretty badly. It seems like something that could be fixed. Also, the parking underground is very small and tight. The service in the restaurant was poor. Had to ask for water, salt and pepper, ketchup, gravy,… Not very attentive. Overall, not the level I would expect a Sheraton to be.

Bad expérience

Someone try to enter our room during the night, Looks like it is supposer to be a communicate room. Really not satisfied!!! we hear talking also, as the room beside us talk really loud… the room was really smaller than 2 years ago. The Window was so dirty… welll I Will not recommanded. The Price really not worth it!!! Without the pool its another really bad point that they closes it!

I communicated with the property before checking in and they were quick to respond and very easy to communicate with! They were extremely accommodating and had quick, helpful answers. Our check-in process was smooth upon arrival. We only had one morning dinning experience which was lovely, if you ask for another style of egg during buffet breakfast service they are happy to make it for you. Which was a huge bonus for us, our daughter is quite picky. An overall lovely experience!
