Nice hotel, friendly staff and close to downtown with lots of parking. There are not a lot of dining options nearby and when there is an event getting to or from the parking areas is slow. Very short drive to downtown.

The staff and especially the manager were great. I had an issue and explained it to the manager who took care of it way beyond any expectations I had. the whole stay was wonderful. The hotel is nicely located right beside the highway. We were on a family vacation and the main museums were all a close drive away. It was close to a big mall, which had a great food court for many of our meals. There was also a train station at the mall and buses. The only negative I had was that the undergroundparking lot filled up each night by 9 o’clock so if you came later, you had to hope you could get a good outside spot.
