Room was warm and spacious. Clean, lovely towels and no shortage of toiletries. The room smelled great! Glad that the bathroom had a working fan, consistent hot water, and variety of shower head massages. Spacious bathroom counter space for my husband and I. He liked the hook near the doorway for coats. Awesome comfy bed and covers.

The room was clean and updated. The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was pretty good. The pool was nice and clean and the fitness facilities were more than expected.The underground parking was a huge bonus!

Everyone was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. The only downside was the inability to lower the temperature in the room. Communicated numerous times and no one could seem to figure it out. Would be rated a 5/5 without temperature problems. Typically enjoy my stays there.

I'm disappointed because your staff lied to me and took my deposit which was never credited back to me after 3 weeks Knowing quite well that the room was in the same prime condition i met it when i checked out and i paid in full online before showing up. This is the worst I had gotten from any hotel. I usually get my credit back within a few days to a week max. Reached out to the staff that tossed me from 1 person to another only to be told that i should keep waiting that it could take up to 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks are over now, still no refund. Can't believe it.. This is daylight robbery.
