The steak and seafood restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The hostess was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very nice, and impeccably tidy. It was a truly delightful experience!

Arrived at 9:30 went through checkin processamd once checked in to a 4th floor room told that both elevators were down and in order to get to room we had to take stairs. My wife recently had 2 knee surgeries and stairs not an option. After I climbed 4 flights of stairs with our bags... I am done, my wife is down stairs and hopefully will be able to enjoy herself and hopefully the elevators are back on line soon so she can get up to the room. Sorry but for the cost of the room this is a horrible experience... and on a weekend that we are celebrating our anniversary. Thumbs down on this experience.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Hard Rock. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Ottawa. Enjoyed dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and all of the new slots they have in the casino.

The staff were helpful with our parking situation as we were hauling a utility trailer to pick up machinery the next day. There was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit so we didn't worry about our trailer. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
