Room was great, we had an accessible room for my mom and it was perfect. Only complaint there was no coffee for the morning, tray was empty and I only noticed when I went to make it. Staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful our first stay and definitely not our last!

Staff were horrible , not accommodating or pleasant same with every single wait staff in their restaurants. No concierge and had to walk through security everytime coming and going from hotel. Was horrible. Never will I return

Wonderful Hotel and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ottawa. You just need a vehicle to get around as it’s not really close to anything. I was visiting for work and it was perfect. Will be back again next month.

Definitely will not be back for an upscale resort there is definitely a lack of communication between staff . A few staff members could use some additional training on customer service . For a upscale resort like the HARDROCK which I’ve been to quite a few around the world this one was VERY disappointing
