Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable - clean and tidy, modern finishes, full fridge was a bonus, temperature was easy to control and manage. Lots of sunlight during the day (heavy curtains blocked it out when needed though). The cafe attached to the hotel was nice, very convenient for breakfast and lunch. Walkable to a good variety of restaurants and parks. Area around the hotel was a bit rundown, lots of condemned buildings, but did not feel unsafe - was quiet at night and peaceful during the day. Hotel building itself is well kept and secure.

It's conveniently located within 10 mins walk to the Canada History Museum, and the Richmond Landing water taxing stop. The facilities is nice and clean. Staff are overal friendly and accommodating especially the chef at the Cafe, and the PM male reception we encountered on the first day. The one star they lost is the cleaning. My young child dropped a piece of icecream on the bedsheet and smugged it - we stay for 3 nights. They didn't change the dirty bedsheet, although they folded the bed and cleaned up the entire room. It was quiet obvious IMO as it was the spot below the pillow. On 2nd day, I wrote a note to request for change of bedsheet, it was done accordingly. Beside this little hiccup, we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel, friendly staff and the reasonable price point for a condo style hotel.

Honestly one of THE BEST hotels we have ever stayed at. Way better than Chateau Montebello or Laurier. It's a little akward for unloading but the street is wide enough that you don't block traffic to unload right at the front door. The two young men at the desk were friendly and even came outside to show us how to get to the paid parking lots. The parking lots look sketchy af but they are monitored and we felt safe leaving our van there. Rooms were super spacious, clean, and well made up. We had gotten a suite and it fit 6 of us easily with room to spare. There's just some minor cosmetic things like scuffs or bottoms of the door needing to be repaired but not enough to take away from it. Our suite had 2 queen beds and a large tv in the one closed room, fill fridge and kitchen including dishwasher, toaster, table ect and the couch pulled out to have a queen or larger bed thatfit my partner, baby and self with all our own space.we will 100% be staying here again for our tournaments and city trips. The obly thing missing is a pool but the kids didnt even notice. 100% recommend... Also you don't hear any of the other guests or even outside noise once you're in your room.

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way excellent service, clean rooms, Beautiful Suites and a great atmosphere. The only downside is that the surrounding neighbourhood is not the most charming, with some graffiti and abandoned buildings, but the hotel itself is truly a gem!

The rooms in this hotel were amazing. Came with a full a kitchen with the kitchen wear and appliances. Staff was friendly and helpful. I paid for parking and was allowed to park inside their garage.

I like that it’s walking distance to children’s museum. The living room and kitchen area is spacious like a regular condo. The sofa bed was comfortable. The nightshirt concierge staff was not the most helpful. Parking sucks though, when we got to the hotel at around 9pm, we were able to secure the two last parking spots (very tight) right by the building. But were then told those were actually taken and needed to move our cars to another parking lot down the street and that space seemed sketchy, bordered up building and graffiti on the walls.
