the room was not clean when we came in the cleaning never cleaned the floor or the shower, there was hair on the wall from the previous guest. the electrical outle in the bathroom did not work. due to renovations indications were not clear to find the reception

My last experience here back in November was not good. It’s under renovation at the moment and we got a room that is much more updated and comfy. We received a free breakfast for the inconvenience of it being under renovations and the breakfast was great.

Building was under renovation and we had no idea when we booked ....we would not have decided to go here knowing this fact. A refund or .assive credit should be offered to all who had to stay during this mess. Very unsatified will never be back shame on Ramada. Pool was also green but, ladies in dinning room nice and they made great croissants.

Even though the hotel was under construction it was a great place to stay. It's in an awkward location (unless you like gambling) so you'll need a car to get from place to place. The breakfast was above par.

Nice staff. I understand the hotel iis being renovated but we had a good stay. Clean room and bathroom. However, the beddings are not. Linens are not smooth (not sure if they are not ironed anymore) and the inside of the of the comforters are dirty as you can see them visibly as they are white.

Horrible!

Property was under renovation and this was not disclosed at booking. Absolutely filthy and stunk of paint and weed. Room was not as advertised and seemed as though they had just stuck a bed and a chair into an otherwise empty room and considered it "good enough". Check in was at a temporary reception area in the basement which was dark and nasty and the staff were really not interested in anything customer service related.

We stayed in the loft suite..1 King bed a queen bed and sofa bed. It was perfect for a group of 5. Breakfast was really good. It is provided during renovation. I would love to stay here again.

So dirty! I wish I had read the reviews carefully prior to booking! Never again Drain in the bathroom doesn't flow property Matress dirty I found jam on the bed skirt

The hotel is under major renovation. We were lucky and got one of the newly renovated rooms. Had updated bathroom and flooring. Was a fireplace in the room too, nice surprise. Areas still under renovation are little chaotic and dirty Signage not very helpful. Offered free breakfast to all to make up for reno. Breakfast was delicious. Like that parking was free. May try here again after reno is done

A EVITER ABSOLUMENT!!!

Tout dabord nous avions remarque letat des lieux de facon generale qui etait en etat lamentable mais la chambre malgre le fait quelle sentait mauvais etait correcte au premier coup d'oeil. Par contre en y regardant de plus pres, le chauffage est desuet, les lits et les matelas tres usés et nous avons dormi sans rideaux occultants la premiere nuit. Nous avons donc signale le probleme le matin suivant pour avoir eu une personne dentretien vers 10h qui n'est jamais revenu...nous sommes donc retourné en fin de journee et une autre personne a ete envoyee elle aussi incapable de resoudre le probleme et que ce serait réparerseulementle lendemain. Nous avons demande une nouvelle chambre. La deuxieme etait vraiment nauseabonde! Letat general des lieux est complètement horrible, cesr ecrit en rénovation mais honnêtement cest pire que ca a l'intérieur. Pour ce qui est de la clientele nous avons assiste a une arrestation dans lhotel, des gens trainaient dans les corridor soûls, tapage noctune, bagarres et presences policiere dans le stationnement. Je retournerai jamais a cet hotel et ne le recommande pas du tout!!!
