This was my first time staying at a Sonder property, and I’ll surely be booking again in the future. It was conveniently located for my purposes in Ottawa, and the check-in and code system were easy and fast. I really liked my room and there were plenty of towels, and nice products in the shower. My only complaint is that the noise of housekeeping started well before check-out time and so my dreams of sleeping in on a Sunday morning were not in the cards.

What a wonderful place!!! Honestly wish we extended our trip because of how amazing Sonder Arlo was. A small kitchen but has everything you’d need! Two bathrooms, a comfy sofa bed, a comfy regular bed. I loved that you could tap your phone to enter the room. Friendly staff at reception.

Fabulous location

Great property especially if you were staying for a few days or longer. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal. The location is perfect. Five minute walk to Parliament Hill. Ten minutes to the ByWard market and lots of shopping. There were convenience stores and restaurants within a couple of blocks. There was a bus stop just across the street. I’ve already recommended the Arlo to several people.

good location. It was odd having everything done on line and very odd that the hotel requires you to send them official photo documents and a selfie beforehand. I have never experienced this before and had I known before I had already paid would have thought twice about staying.This alone makes me hesitate to book again. Otherwise it was clean and quiet.
