The Business Inn is conveniently located off the 417 and close to shopping and many dining options. There is underground parking for $25 per night, which is convenient. The included breakfast offers a variety of options for everyone. I didn't like that our room was opposite the elevator and beside the garbage chute. This did present some noise issues during the night. The TV is not intuitive and took us a while to sort it out. Otherwise, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not.

Super clean hotel with very friendly staff. Outdoor parking and indoor parking was easy! Lobby is small but well staffed, breakfast was included and incredible! Loads of choice and lots of seating! They had large coffee machines with hot delicious coffee and all kinds of breakfast choices. They also had prepared grab bags to go with water and snacks to take with you! Great location as well. Rooms are slightly dated in some ways but the cleanliness and small kitchen and living room make up for it! Bed was super comfy! Overall great hotel will return!

i would suggest cleaning up the underground parking garage. Hotel is in a great location as restaurants and museums are a short walk away. Room was clean and comfortable. i liked having the option of bypassing daily room service. Excellent service from front desk staff.

We were delighted with the Business Inn. The continental breakfast, fitness gym, kitchen amenities and king bed all exceeded our expectations. It's conveniently located just 20 minutes from Parliament Hill and the Byward Market. We'll definitely stay there again.

Loved staying at The Business Inn. Lots of restaurants around, an easy walk to the university and to the pathways along the Rideau Canal. Didn’t get to stay for breakfast as I had an early train - quick and simple to get to the VIA Rail Station by public transportation.

We spent four nights visiting Ottawa and a friend living in the city. The hotel has an excellent location. The room is clean and equipped with lots of practical details, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good but served in individual packages consuming a large amount of wrapping materials. I wish this could be handled in a more sustainable way.
