I was so pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Spacious accommodations, great breakfast. Overall fantastic stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room had everything that you need, the front desk staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was excellent. I really liked the boxed breakfast sandwiches and the little take-away packages with water, cookies and granola packages. The only disappointment was the parking. Spaces are narrow and some are hard to get in and out of.

This property is in a pretty good location, 10 minute walk to parliament hill. It’s right on Elgin street, there are lots of good dining options right out the door. The staff was really good, helpful. We got into Ottawa early and they let us check in early.

The room size was great but the furniture was old and tired. Bed was uncomfortable and very, very soft. Bedding (pillows) need replacing. Were like filled with cut up lumps of hard foam.
