My wife and I stay here everytime we visit Ottawa. Its like being home. All the rooms are great and fully equipped with absolutely everything you need at a very fair price. We love the location and it's proximity to everything we need. Great restaurants and pubs within a block or two and of course very close to downtown, the parliament, the arts centre and the ByWard market.

Great stay. More in room than expected (of note a stove & Computer). Different layout than most hotel places (didn’t matter just different than expected more of apartment style than hotel feel with separate room with bed and separate room with kitchen/living room and bathroom in another separate room rather than everything except bathroom in one room). Comfy bed. Breakfast food was as expected many options. No comment on other offered spaces (Laundry/Fittness area) as by choice did not use. Room had deck only feedback for entire place and isn’t much of concern if doesn’t change have little patio chair/table on deck. I Ubered and walked so can’t comment on parking, uber pulled up in front to open loading space to pickup/dropoff.

The ataff were great and check in was easy. The room was clean but very old and smelled a bit musty. The kitche was very clean as was the bathroom. Housekeeping kept the room made everday and there were always lots of supplies
