This is a very tired space/building. The hallway and elevator carpets are disgusting. The building layout is strange (could not access my room from front desk w/o elevator to third floor, change elevators, go back down to first floor). I think this place just needs a refresh, and from what I understand they're renovating, but for the price it's average at best. The room itself was okay. Didn't feel dirty, but was tired and drab. Extra equipment, and other 'conveniences' are piled in the room, and in the hallways somewhat randomly. I think the place has best intentions, but loses something in the delivery. The free breakfast was actually pretty good; all you can eat with good selections. Still an odd cafeteria-like experience; certainly no frills. I would not bring my familiy here, but it was fine for me on a quick solo trip.

This is a great place to stay in. Very accessible to bus, stores, restaurants and can also walk all to the way to Parliament building. Consider the laundry area as well with free detergent and steam laundry😮. Breakfast has lots of options. It’s a good idea that sandwiches were packed in to go containers and water bottles with cookies and granola bar. Just noticed that the staff at the dining area doesn’t practice much of hand hygiene. A little note to remind.

Actually I find this property one of the best clean spacious ones I ever went to.. when I go in the reception I was sad and afraid coz it looks very poor.. but honestly after passing the first night I was very happy and very satisfied … thank you to all the kind staff ..

What I didn't like was having TWO tv sets randomly turn on - at full volume - at 3:00 a.m. 😱 I was scrambling around, trying to figure out how to turn them off, and finally had to call the front desk and ask someone to come up to my room.
