Should be 3 or more rolls of toilet paper in room for 2 night stay with more then 1 guest in room. Need to update coffee makers to keurigs and have actual liquid creamers not powder..get those options at cheaper motel. The trollies for luggage are small and awkward. We did appreciate staff who helped us after hours. The hotel was so clean and smelled great as soon as you walked in..parking was convenient. Location was perfect, check in was a breeze.

There was a sports team staying above us all night running around and keeping us awake. The pool area is usually invaded by an unsupervised kids sports team and we groan every time we see them. We didn't sleep well because of this and there was a persistent leak dripping in the window all night.

We had a good experience however we went during Victoria weekend and it was packed… we had to wait for breakfast which was good. Hotel was great, pool was a little cold for us. So many options close by, it’s at a great location in front of a shopping center, and quick access to fast food. Overall great hotel … would stay there again

A real gem to stay in the Ottawa area.

Been visiting many times for 4 years, since construction, and through the pandemic. Always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff are so polite and helpful. My default go to when in Ottawa.
