Faltou proatividade, apesar da extrema educação.

Apesar de extrema atenção dos funcionários, passamos por um infortúnio relacionado a uma hóspede que estava incomodando a todos na pousada. Faltou, nessa perspectiva, uma ação eficaz da direção para que tal incômodo fosse retirado.

Ótimo custo benefício. Atendimento que faz jus à hospitalidade mineira. Só não recomendo para 3a idade e pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção devido últimos 30 metros de acesso.
