Tive uma experiência extremamente negativa neste hotel. A espera no check-in ultrapassou 40 minutos. Embora seja um hotel voltado para famílias, a maioria dos quartos exige o uso de escadas, o que é um grande inconveniente para idosos e carrinhos de bebê. Reservei uma mesa no restaurante italiano, mas ao chegar fui informada que estava fechado para um evento particular. Restava apenas outro restaurante, com comida de má qualidade e aparência duvidosa. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar. Após a estadia, recebi mensagens no WhatsApp, em horários inoportunos, informando que minha reserva não havia sido paga, mesmo tendo sido feita pelo Hoteis.com. Solicitei uma forma segura de resolver a situação, mas insistiram no envio de um link pouco confiável. Definitivamente não recomendo.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. O espaço físico do hotel é ótimo, piscinas quentinhas, café da manhã gostoso, funcionários atenciosos, cama confortável. Não tivemos a a oportunidade de conhecer o spa, que funciona com pagamento a parte. Achei o restaurante do buffet com poucas opções e pequeno. Apenas um funcionário que fica sobrecarregado na parte das carnes. Algumas áreas ainda em obra, como a fazendinha e o lago. Precisa de alguns ajustes como toda instalação recém inaugurada, porém ótima opção para quem mora em Bh.

HOTEL SEM ESTRUTURA CONDIZENTE COM O NOME

Esperávamos muito mais por ser Vila Galé, uma rede internacionalmente conhecida . viajem em família, com crianças pequenas. a começar pela alocação dos 3 quartos, no check-in pedimos 3 quartos próximos para facilitar ajuda mutua, nos colocaram nos quartos os mais longe possível, apesar da baixa ocupação do hotel. os banheiros sem janela, e cheiro de esgoto nos quartos. Bar da piscina sem nenhuma estrutura, poucos itens no cardápio, e alguns itens faltantes durante os 4 dias de estadia. funcionários novatos sem preparo para bem atender. serviço de arrumação dos quartos não acontecia antes da 17 horas, apesar de 4 ligações solicitando o serviço. outra falta grave em minha opinião é a cobrança pela utilização da piscina coberta, não faz sentido em uma região muito fria.

**Avaliação do Melhor Hotel em Minas** Este é, sem dúvida, o melhor hotel em que já fiquei em Minas durante toda a minha vida! Apesar de estar em funcionamento há pouco tempo, tem tudo para se tornar um dos melhores hotéis do Brasil. Minha família adorou a hospedagem e meus filhos pequenos ficaram extremamente felizes e encantados, pedindo para voltar o tempo todo e lembrando-se de cada detalhe da recreação e da monitoria. A comida é um capítulo à parte; realmente me senti em Portugal! A atenção e o cuidado de todos os funcionários tornaram nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Já recomendei o hotel para toda a minha família e diversos amigos nas minhas redes sociais. Com certeza, voltarei em breve e muitas outras vezes!

Hotel ainda em obras

O hotel ainda se encontra em obras e, apesar das boas instalações, muitos serviços do hotel ainda deixam a desejar. O café da manhã é bom, mas a reposição demora e gera filas. Há problemas com o chuveiro dos apartamentos (a água sai gelada ou quentíssima no meio do banho - vários hóspedes relataram o fato), há poeira em suspensão em vários ambientes (percebe-se pela sola dos sapados e rodas das malas). Ponto alto é a música ao viso na área externa na área externa próxima ao restaurante. Ao término das obras, ficará muito bom.

Atendimento sem empatia, com dificuldade de aceitar criticas. Pessoal sem treinamento adequado. Senti falta da hospitalidade mineira, fui ex-aluno do Colegio Dom Bosco, razão pela qual fiz essa escolha para comemorar meu aniversário.
