Aldis is conveniently located on the side in the parking lot and recently Taco Bell just opened on the other side of parking lot. Its in a very quiet and convenient area

Ive been here for months and clean my own room, although ive accumulated a few hundred dollars in cleaning fees although they've never cleaned my room and most days theyre so busy that they forget to give me clean linen when i need it, twice now ive had to go to bed with no blanket because they forget to give stuff to me.The staff members here are very friendly. The only gripe I have is that each time you extend your room it are charged a cleaning fee, its supposed to be a one time fee for when you check out but its added each time you pay. Its quiet and safe here but the building has really gone down, no maintenance is being done and the place is falling apart. I have worked here twice when it was called Treadway, (been in the this industry since a teenager) and i have never seen this place in such bad shape.This place needs a full-time maintenance man and the 2 cleaners here probably could use some help either with cleaning or laundry. Theres been times i couldn't het clean liken cuz everything was dirty. With some TLC and repair this place could open rooks that have been closed down and then would attract more clientele

I love the new age ideas. I did have some things I needed to speak to management about. Mist problems were resolved in a timely manner. They spoke to me with kindness and respect. And handled things appropriately.

I hate the star system. You're in an inexpensive hotel in Owego. It was great for what it was. Really. It had heat, a big comfy bed, a desk, a microwave, a fridge, and they all worked and were not noisy (except for the heat, but that's ok and was periodic). Nothing in Owego is open past midnite. There's no staff. There was a coffee maker but only enuf coffee for one night, but I didn't expect any at all so that was cool. That's not the hotel's fault. I'll stay here again for sure. If you want The Ritz it's not that. If you need an economic stay it is.

Parking was safe and room was comfortable. Pricing, on the other hand, has been quite disturbing. I am staying in Owego, NY and if I would have gone directly to the motel's site it would have been $40 cheaper. When I called to discuss this matter, all I got was a royal run-around! I have trusted Hotel.com for many, many years and now I'm having second thoughts. I am NOT happy!

Kiteville,..more like "Crackville" with crooked owners.They had the nerve to intentionally place me into room different than what I paid for - without telling me or atleast giving me the option to accept or be refunded, then turns around and tells me in being unfair for complaining and requesting a refund. Good thing Hotels.com was on my side and sent me a refund. That place is very shady. Stay away, unless you do meth
