The property itself is ok for the price that we get but, there were people who were fighting infront of my balcony at 2 am which scared us. I didn’t feel safe and comfortable at all. I did spoke with the reception and they mentioned about people who are using drugs and renting out rooms and fighting at night. Didn’t feel comfortable with family

This hotel is very average and a bit outdated it. The location is great, however there is construction in front of the premises making it a bit tricky to drive around it. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

We had booked 2 rooms - 111and 112. Had no issues with room 112. When we checked into room 111 we found a puddle next to the mini fridge. Informed Reception who came and wiped the puddle and said that they would replace the mini fridge. The TV was not working. Called Reception who came and found that the settings had been altered. The TV was tilted and looked lopsided. The towel rack in the bathroom had lost some screws on one side and looked like it may come off any time. The bathroom door latch was coming off. The shower did not work properly. the tap and shower were both working at the same time. The bath tub was very slippery and one of us slipped in the tub and hurt ourself. There was no kettle to warm water for a cup of tea but there was a coffee percolator which we did not use. Only coffee sachets were provided but no tea bags. On the good side, the bed was comfy. The receptionist was nice and friendly and helpful. The flooring looked new. The location suited our needs ad the room was a decent size. There was ample parking, The room should have been under maintenance and should not have been sold. We checked in around 3.00 pm and then went out. We came in late night and left before 9.00 am and as there was no person attending the Reception we could not voice our concerns.

The front desk says open to 11pm It was locked at 8pm I just wanted a pop so no big loss but I would have grabbed one earlier if I had known it would be closed. A vending machine might be a good alternative
