Not too bad all in all but would not stay again.
This is as honest as i can be. Firstly the location is fine, we got lucky as there was a festival on over the road, if that hadnt been on at that time then you are quite a distance from Towm centre. If you drive then i would 100% book elsewhere, we paid over £900 for 3 nights and although it states in the advert no parking available they are not being very transparent in telling you there is no parking on the street without a permit which although they are chwrging what they charge the property does not come with one. When i asked they advised i parked in a public car park 10 minutes away, £7 per hour or £16 per day up until a certain time, we just let the traffic wardens issue us tickets so that is an extra cost you have to be expected you will have to make. It also is not the cleanest, dont get me wrong it was my own type of cleaning at home through the week where it looks clean and hoovered, we found hairs still in the shower, a used eye mask, the mattin not laid properly at the door, the list goes on, not the dirtiest but certainly not the cleanest. Kitchen is on bottom floor and dining room on middle floor. Beds are really comfortable. There is a smell that lingers from garage upover. Like i said originally, not our worst stay but could be a hell of a lot better. First thing id do if this was my property was buy a permit for travellers coming. Tried to be as honest as i can, i know this is likely not what the renters want to see but I DO believe in being transparent.
