This is a great condo! The location is terrific between campus and The Square, and the unit is modern, clean, and has so much space with 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths. The check in process was so easy and they even had snacks waiting for us upon arrival. We will definitely be back because we loved The Sip!

10/10 VRBO!

We stayed at this VRBO for a weekend trip to Oxford for a wedding, and it was perfect! Kitchen and fridge were stocked with drinks, snacks and coffee. The little touches like phone chargers in each room, etc. went above and beyond. It was walking distance to the square, and so easy to get in and out of the building. Taylor was so organized and communicated thoroughly and promptly about check in and check out. Would definitely recommend this property!

Egg Bowl at the 'Sip! Perfect location and lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sip Retreat as we spent Thanksgiving/Egg Bowl weekend here with 2 couples and our adult daughter. The photos DO NOT do this spacious property justice as we all had our own space, private bath and nice kitchen/ living area. Check in was seamless and the place was immaculate and filled with thoughtful snacks and drinks to add a touch of home away from home to our stay. Being a short walk from The Grove, the stadium, and the square makes The 'Sip Retreat the absolute perfect place to stay in Oxford!

Coles Boys Road Trip

My sons and I got to Oxford a little early Friday afternoon and were able to check in early. We were not familiar with Oxford and were pleasantly surprised at the location of the property. Close to The Square and The Grove! Condo was nicely appointed, very clean and neat. We loved it!
