This exquisite boat dock home boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, dining area and a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a large patio equipped with plenty of patio furniture, paddle boards, life jackets, BBQ. This home has everything you need to create your own Holiday with family and friends! The first bedroom has one queen sized bed, and a small loft with two small twin sized beds. There is a full bathroom across the hall, and down the hall is the master suite which boasts a king sized bed, and en-suite bathroom. Come cook, play, and stay here on this beautiful corner lot boat dock home and be amazed! No smoking. *** Please note the owners are allowed to use their boat and dock 24 hours a day as well as any boat service contractors if needed ***

Beautiful view in Oxnard Harbor

The house is beautiful and exactly what you need for a relaxing get away. The only thing was that there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower and the bedding should be upgraded. I would definitely return!!

BACK FOR A SECOND STAY!

We've vacationed at several homes in Channel Islands Marina and have to say everything about THIS property is fabulous... especially the expansive corner deck/views with easy-to-operate firepit. The beds are comfortable, as is the large sectional. The tv set up is great and includes a sound bar for a superior experience. Love the roomy kitchen with everything you need, including instant hot! Location is great, close to our favorite restaurant, SALT... as well as grocery stores, fast food, Coffee Bean/Starbucks, nail spas, etc. This house is always our first pick in the area and we will continue to book it, when possible.

We loved it. The house was beautiful, it was a perfect setting to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It had everything we needed and then some. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus. The property was right on the harbor, it had a great deck, and it was recently remodeled. My only suggestion is that the owners allow 6 people rather than 4 as it was easily set up to sleep 6 (4 adults, 2 children).. As a follow up to an earlier review regarding the family being on the property and that the renters were concerned, as we were there on Labor Day weekend, the family did enter the dock to use their boat, however, they were completely respectful and very quiet, we wouldn’t even had noticed them except we were up early and happened to see them loading up their boat. They have a beautiful property and I’m thankful that they allowed us to share it on our special occasion.

It would have made my visit stress free if there had been clear instructions for how to unlock the doors, turn on the water in master shower and most important, how to turn on the tv. Four remote controls!!! Never could get the sound bar to work. Clothes dryer was full of wet sheets and the towels in the guests bathroom were dirty. The property and location were beautiful but all these details made it difficult to relax. I felt VERY unsafe having the owners sons and friends at the property late at night and early in the morning, especially since they left the exterior gate unlocked when they left. I just had to take their word that they were authorized to be there.

Enjoyed stay especially the use of the kayaks. Only concern was we haven't heard if we got back our deposit
