Room was great, staff very friendly and tried to be helpful, but when I mentioned our room was not cleaned after the second night they said it would be cleaned that day, as they clean only every other day. Thats OK but would have been nice to know in advance by telling us when we signed in or by sing in the room. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned after the second night. When I mention to the desk staff the room had not been cleaned and we were running out of towels. When we got back to the room after dinner the room had not been touched but there was a stack of towels on the counter. I mentioned at check out that the plugs in our room at the desk (110v & charging port) go off when the ceiling light by the door goes off automatically even if your working there and kept our computer and phones from charging overnight. Yes there are plugs by the bed but usually you plug in by the desk. it seems to me the plugs are not wired properly.
