東口１にするか２にするか悩みましたが、東口２は口コミに朝食は手作りパンが美味しいとあったので、東口２に宿泊を決めました。 確かに手作りパンで美味しかったのですが、コッペパンを半分に切った卵サンド、あんバター？、唐揚げサンドの３種類くらいだったと思います。 その他の主食は、おいなりさん。 サラダなどの副食はなく、スープが数種類とヨーグルト。 宿泊料金に朝食代込みなので、贅沢を言うつもりはありませんが、同程度の金額でもう少し朝食が充実している宿泊先も結構あるので、いつも朝食バイキングを愉しみにホテルに泊まる私としては、少し残念な気持ちになりました。 飲み物も、コーヒー等のほか、野菜ジュースと果物ジュースが一種類ずつだったような記憶です。 これまで泊まったことのある東横インの中でも、朝食場所が非常に狭く（8～10人？位座れるテーブル一脚のみ）、客室に持って行けるようにはなっていましたが、食べにくかったです。 また目の前に駐車スペースが3台程あり、他は立体駐車場でした。 目の前の駐車場に１台も車がなかったので停めたのですが、そこは予約のお客様用だと言われました。 チェックイン後外出して夜８時頃に戻って来た時も、また翌日のチェックアウト時にも１台も停車されておらず･･･ 私が気づかない深夜、早朝には停まっていたのかもしれませんが、なんとなく対応が腑に落ちませんでした。 室内はきれいでコンセントも充実しており、大変快適でした。 エレベーター脇の部屋だったからかもしれませんが、廊下の声が結構響いてびっくりしました。 立地的には小山駅の近くなので、電車で行く方や、素泊まり感覚で行く方には良いかと思いますが、 私のように、ホテルの朝食バイキングを愉しみたいと言う人にはちょっと向かないかも。

部屋は清潔で、設備のコンディションも良く、朝食の手作りパンも美味しかったです。立地は少し不便ですが許容範囲。気になったのは２点。備え付けの読書灯が使いにくいのと、たまたまかもしれませんがフロントの方の表情が残念でした。こういう印象を持つのは初めてです。

初めて東横インを使わせていただきました。行き届いているようで鏡は大きく女性には良いかと思います。ただ　室内着のボタンを入れる部分が切れていてボタンをかけれなかったです。朝食は部屋に持ってこれてこれは良かったです。

改善点を挙げるとすると、3点。価格とエレベーター、そして、朝食。価格は8.000円「税込」のプランを希望。エレベーターほ改善が難しいと思うが、せめて朝食はお稲荷さん以外のご飯を希望。 リノベーション済みなのか、客室やエントランスは綺麗。
