Located on The Croft in the South Farm District, near the pickle ball courts, playground, and Sunrise Pool, Lost Shaker of Salt is the perfect place for small families or groups, and their four-legged friends, to begin and end the day’s adventures.

High ceilings and an abundance of windows make the compact, open-concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms feel airy and spacious, and views of vibrant evergreen tress out of every window make this private corner lot feel exceptionally tranquil. The fully-equipped kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials you need to prepare a relaxing dinner in, a picnic lunch for the beach, and everything in between.

The neighboring living room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV for streaming all your favorite movies and shows as you warm up by the gas fireplace. The main floor also features a dual heat and AC unit for cooling off on those warm summer days. The living room is also stocked with puzzles, board games, and books for hours of unplugged entertainment.

Just off the living room, the covered, gated front porch is a fantastic place to soak in the morning sun with a good cup of coffee as you watch the kids play in the park just steps away. The porch gate also allows for letting in some fresh air on pleasant summer afternoons while keeping the pups and the kiddos corralled. Other outdoor amenities include a private hot tub, a fully-fenced yard for the dogs and the kids to explore, a gas barbeque for freshly grilled meals, and a Solo stove for roasting marshmallows and enjoying each other’s company around the fire.

A king bedroom and a queen bedroom await upstairs when it’s time to hit the hay. The primary bedroom has beautiful views of The Croft and the South Farm District out of the large windows, a 55” Smart Fire TV, and adjustable light-filtering blinds throughout the home make it easy to change the amount of natural light let in. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, and an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located downstairs.
