This new home with an open floor concept, offering dual master suites and a 3rd bedroom featuring a queen bed and a single bed is in a quiet neighborhood.
The home is located within walking distance from Cape Kiwanda Beach and many restaurants, including The Pelican Pub, Stimulus Coffee Bakery, Doryland Pizza(takeout only) and The Meridian Restaurant and Bar.
A comfortable layout, a fully stocked kitchen, a fire pit in the front courtyard and many other amenities enables guests to enjoy casual get-togethers with family & friends, making lasting memories.
We have security cameras (for your protection and our property, as well,) located outside : one at the front door, one on the north corner of the house and one on the south corner of the garage. They will be on. The permit #851-21-000037-STVR.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Piece of Pacific Heaven! The house is beautiful. It was very clean and spacious and fully stocked with anything that we needed. It’s a great location, perfect for exploring the Oregon coast. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house in great location!

We had a great time at this house and in Pacific City. Super clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with high quality amenities. Chairs and table for outdoor seating were great. Just a short walk to the beach and brewery. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

This place was perfect for our two families. The double masters was great for the parents and our teen kids slept in the bunkbeds. The house was clean, comfortable mattresses on all the beds, and close walking distance to the beach!!

Fabulous Stay

We have stayed at several rentals in the last few years, and this was one of the best. The house was new, clean, and very well stocked. We enjoyed the 10-Minute walk to the beach, and it’s fun to watch the Dory boats. Highly recommend.
