The beds were very nice and comfortable . It took awhile to get hot water in the shower. Also the staff was rude and we waited awhile before anybody came to check us in. When she arrives she was not friendly.

Check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean. There was a loose board on the door frame and just minor wear and tear in the room. Only one wash cloth. No bathmat. Out of shampoo. Hot tub was not hot. Did not look around to see if there was a control on the wall or anything though. Breakfast was hot. Out of waffle batter.

Room was nice, but the public space was not clean and breakfast was very limited with no tea. Waited at front desk a long time before anyone came to check us in.

A port in a storm

We enjoyed a lengthy stay in comfort, but there was a lingering smell of mold and mildew in the room. As long the bathroom vent fan remained on it was unnoticeable, but if it was turned off the smell would be pungent in the bathroom and go out into the rest of the room.

Our room was dirty, animal hair all over and the beds were not changed. Asked for another room. The hotel finally gave us another room after a 20 minute wait. Will never book with Comfort Inn again.

Expected more for the price?

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom left a bit to be desired. The toilet was barely connected to the floor and the shower doors kept opening. The elevator smelled like diesel fuel, but it was fast. Rarely anyone at the desk?

The room was excellent and clean. the elevator had a bad odor to it and dirty flooring outside and in it. the breakfast suffered f rom lack of help (I THINK) coffee was not working, eggs ran out. Later handled when another person started to work (8am).

I have stayed at this property many times, this was by far the worst. I realize 3 is the checkin time and we arrived at 1:30, no vehicles in the lot. There were no rooms available so my 93 old mother and i eetired to our car in the parking lot where while waiting watched the cleaning staff arriving. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10, there was no coffee (the machine broke 1 or 2 days earlier), there was little to no hot food, the desk clerk was atrempting to prepare food then about 8 the kitchen help arrived. We were here last at Christmas and was disappointed there was not a hot breakfast provided. Overall based on what I've witnessed lately it appears management is having best employee issues, but my experience leads me to believe theres a resistance to financially meet the need of the business/patrons. Until my last 2 stays I actually promoted the property, but likely find a new property and encourage others to avoid the property.

Nasty

When we walked up to front door, there was a garage can over flowing with garbage. Looked horrible. And when we left next morning still the same way. Shame on there employees for not taking pride in where they work. Husband said men’s bathroom was pretty nasty also. It’s a beautiful motel why not keep it up?
