Inside, you’ll find polished concrete floors, exposed brick, and original architectural details layered with moody lighting and curated pieces. Nothing feels overdone—just clean, cohesive, and thoughtfully put together.
This unit is located on the ground floor with no steps, offering easy access from your private entrance off Broadway, where a small fountain sets the tone as you arrive. Private off-street parking is located directly behind the building, making check-in and daily movement simple.
You’ll have your own private patio along with access to a shared courtyard featuring a gas grill and a custom outdoor ping pong table that doubles as a dining table—an easy place to relax, eat, or spend time outside.
The building itself just completed a three-year restoration in 2026, part of The Dim Light’s ongoing work to bring historic downtown spaces back to life with a distinct, modern approach.
