Only 10-minute walk to downtown supermarket/restaurants & the golf course/mesa trail. Fast WIFI , new washer/dryer & plenty of boat parking w/ security cameras, and TV's in the mess, basement & master.

Great location

Murphy and Rochelle were great hosts. They were quick to respond and treated us as friends. Their Units were clean with easy access to restaurants, parks and Lake Powell marina.

Nice Place

Enjoyed the place to stay. Wasn't exactly sure that it was actually two units next to each other, but it worked great for our family. Beds are comfortable and was clean. We only stayed overnight so didn't use the kitchen/cooking, but everything seemed in great working order.
