Decent ski house for Wolf Creek

This house is in a great location for skiing Wolf Creek and is the perfect size for 2 families of four (what we had) or a really large family. Kitchen is very well equipped, with things like a slow cooker and a blender and lots of pots and pans. We liked the bar seating that let us feed the kids at the bar while the adults ate at the dining table, and the gas fireplace is nice. Beds were reasonably comfortable with plenty of sheets, blankets, etc. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher work well. It’s more functional than fancy, which worked well for us: some people might complain about things being a little run down but it was fine for us. My only complaints are that the house was full of dead flies (literally hundreds) when we arrived (although Vacasa gave us a reasonable refund to compensate for our cleaning them up), there was a mouse or rat that kept us awake with loud gnawing sounds a couple of nights but we saw no visible signs of; and the ping pong table was not usable due to the condition of the net. So I wouldn’t call it a high end property but it suited our needs pretty well.

Great time

We went on a family vacation with a herd of us. The house was perfect for all of us. The younger boys played and built a fort in the loft. We sat around the large table and played games in the evening. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Close to town and beautiful.

The cabin was nice however was not cleaned to standard

The cabin was nice there were some concerns about the overall cleanliness. And up keep on the outside stairway. It was full of weeds with thorns on them. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The outside grill was dirty and we had to clean it before cooking on it.

Beautiful house

Our family stayed in early June and had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was spacious and the family room kitchen was very convenient. The big windows provided a relaxing gorgeous view! We recommend it!
