Hotel gave $5 discount each day to The Cafe who had excellent choices. The best Hot Springs resort! The layout w/ number of pools with different temperatures made it easy to find us all by ourselves. Beautiful setting on the river. The daily activities that guests could join were wonderful.

The bed sheets were heavily stained. We couldn’t tell if they had been washed or not, but they smelled bad. The room was dirty. It looked as if it had not been cleaned properly, if at all. Overnight, our car happened to die, and the hotel staff was unwilling to help us charge it, despite the fact that we had all the equipment and all we needed was five minutes of their time and a staff member with access to their property vehicle. The rest of the property was so outdated that I was shocked they were charging almost $500 a night for a room! The only positive thing about our experience is that we only needed accommodations for a single night.
