Inadequate number of staff and some in training phase. Meal quality was average with some basics missing such as mustard and other sauces. Wine selection poor and expensive. Breakfast choice and quality inadequate for 4 star hotel. Hotel clean but room cleaning was late in the day after follow up.

Fairly new hotel & clean. Bed comfortable. Room serviced daily. Shower =rain shower & a body spray. Breakfast disapointing. Scrambled eggs made with powdered egg. You could order other eggs & hash browns e.g poached/fried etc but this is not advertised & is very slow to arrive Yoghurt but no fruit to accompany it apart from sliced melon & prunes??

Pleasant stay

Booked 3 nights B&B in a premium seaview room, decent size room in good decorative order and vry clean with a nice large bed. Also had a coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was a little chaotic, its a very busy hotel and there were a decent amount of staff but it just seemed like they were running around achieving little with food items constantly running out. The continental selection wasnt great and could have done with more variety on cereals and fresh fruit. It also seems strnge that fried eggs and hash browns had to be ordered separately. The bar area has a very nice outside area with some impressive planting. Overall it was great value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

A lovely hotel right on the sea front with excellent views across the bay. The hotel is conveniently situated for rail and bus links. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Recommend the superior privilege rooms at the front with sea view. There is parking at the hotel.This is our 4th stay at this hotel.

Loved the location, the friendly staff, well equipped room and lovely ambience. Two downsides: 1. Hot Breakfast items were cold on first day. This improved on second day when we breakfasted earlier and also discovered there were alternatives to scrambled egg which were not clearly advertised. 2. Ciuld have done with room.cleaning a bit earlier in the day as by 4.30pm we were generally back in the room

Very new building right on the sea front. Staff are excellent, especially one really friendly person named Alex, I’d return just to talk to him 😊. Rooms are in excellent condition with all of the tea and coffee facilities, as well as soft drinks in the mini bar. Unfortunately when we arrived the rest was too busy to accommodate us, but there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

Hotel was of a high standard but the service did not match the hotel. All I keep hearing was sorry for the delay. The lady running the restaurant was doing her best but was struggling. Reception told me they would try to get the cars moved from the charging bays that was not electric and call me so I could charge mine but never did

Hotel it self was great but limited parking lets it down as we has to park 10 mins walk away and carry our luggage which waant a great start ti our stay. Also the reason we booked that hotel was to watch the air show from the hotel seating area but on the satirday night it was shut off for a private party this should have been mentioned when booming.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Too bad the toilet wasn't cleaned. There was a big poop smear on the seat and splatters on the inside of the lid. Had to clean it myself.

Lovely family stay

We had a lovely family trip at this hotel. We requested a cot and this was already in our room when we checked in. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and the location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice modern hotel in great location. Room wasnt available/ready on check-in at 15.00 so had to wait. Breakfast was good but chaotic as plates glasses not replenished, not enough staff and untrained. They also ran out of several breakfast items.
