The room wasn't cleaned properly. We found a used sanitary pad under the bed. The carpet outside the room had so many stains. It looked very dirty. I feel they are not maintaining the area properly.

The hotel itself was very nice. Lots of trees and parking spots. 10-15 min walk to the warf is very convinient. The room was big and had a very nice back patio. Uunfortunately the room had a very bad urine odor. We had to keep windows open or run ac unit non stop to vent the room. Since we only slept there for two nights it was fine but if you plan to stay longer or spend time in the room be aware of the smell. We appriciated ability for midnight check- in since our flight was delayed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay – highly recommend From the moment we arrived, check-in was fast and friendly, setting the tone for a great stay. The rooms were very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed, including a fridge and plenty of spare towels. The bathroom was immaculate, and the air conditioning was amazing — a real highlight. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. The pool area was well maintained, with pool towels readily available, which made things easy. Check-out was just as efficient and hassle-free as check-in. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to shops, and there were lots of brochures available for local activities. Most of all, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay again.

I got very sick the evening before I checked out. The front desk gave me an extra hour in the room and I was able to rest in the pool area for 4 hours before I was due to leave for the airport. I had a tour booked that day but there was no way I could have done it. Having a place to stay put was immensely helpful.

Didnt have breakfast but the staff were friendly they even allowed me to put my Esky and containers of seafood in there chiller so wouldnt go off awesome as service and my room was so comfy
