This unique place combines the benefits of rest by the sea with the appeal of a small, dynamic provincial town. The property is surrounded by a tree-lined garden, in a very peaceful environment although a few steps from the town center.
The GR34 which runs along the granite wall of the property will take you in a few strides to the Tossen seawater swimming pool or, for hikers, to Beauport Abbey and the Cliffs circuit.
Le Petit Manoir accommodates up to 12 people, with additional children. The bedrooms all have sea or garden views, with recent bedding. 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms as well as 3 toilets allow the privacy of all occupants. The Boat Hangar can accommodate up to 9 people, with 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Cots and chairs for babies are provided free of charge. WIFI is available in all areas.
The premises are modern and functional. The 2 kitchens, fully equipped, offer all the comfort and equipment necessary for the production of all recipes.
The lounges have a direct view of the entrance to Paimpol harbor, from which you can observe the entrances and exits of sailboats, fishing boats and old rigging.
For a moment of fitness, go from the fitness room to swimming in Paimpol bay, by direct access from a small door to the beach. At the end of the day, the large terrace of the Manor of 50m2 in wooden slats, facing south-west, allows aperitifs and barbecues with family or friends. Children will enjoy the little tree house, the large trampoline, the ping pong table and the darts.
All cultural and leisure activities are within walking distance; sea museum, shops, cinema, skate-park, angling trips at sea, visit to the Ile de Bréhat .... everyone can find the activity that suits them, in just a few minutes on foot.
Access via the remote-controlled gate allows parking up to 8 cars on the property.
Tourist taxes, charges and linen (beds made, towels, tea towels) are included in the price.

Please note: Reservations accepted for a minimum of 3 nights and in July and August only stays of 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday are accepted.
