Our 38 foot Class A RV with slides is spacious with lots of windows (room darkening curtains/shades), kitchen, washer/dryer, temperpedic queen mattress, quiet, minutes from Lake Ivie and local exotic hunting grounds. Sleeps 4.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed, and housekeeping is provided on request.

It wasnt the worst place ive stayed at, it was a place to lay my head and sleep at night and for that im thankful. The worst was lighting in the RV was poor, so if you go bring you some light. The bathroom was very tiny, you cant shower comfortably much less poop comfortably. Very tiny. A big person wouldn't beable to make a vist to that bathroom. It was clean but to my standards it needs to smell clean as well. The fishing was fun and it was a place to lay my head. If i go again to that lake i will probably look elsewhere. Nothing against Jessica just wasnt my cup of tea!

It was ok!

Overall our stay was ok! It's a place to stay! At the start of our stay the owner let us know that there was a location move earlier in the week and they were working on updating it through the app. They also sent a list of things that weren't working correctly and they were/plan on working on it. During our stay there wasn't any hot water available (we drove 9 min out to camp to have hot showers), and the stove was hard to get working (we just used the stove part of the grill outside). No one was available to help out or fix the issues. Was in contact with the owner through the app here and there and they were able to get back to me within an hour or so majority of the time. A good percentage of the RV was clean. We did find a random pair of shorts that weren't ours laying in a corner of the floor near the front seats. The inside of the fridge and inside the washer area was pretty gross while we stayed there NGL. We used the fridge but didn't use the washer. The toilet lever was harder to use in order to fill up like instructed so we just ended up using a pitcher of water to fill it up before using. Like I've stated before, it's a place to stay!

Quiet convenient place to stay

This is a nice property with plenty of parking for boats and vehicles. The rv was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities to make our trip very enjoyable.
