The room was good, comfortable, warm, staff were friemdly & helpful. The food at the restauramt was good but I was very surprised when the bill arrived and we had a service charge automatically added. I do not agree with a charge being added on above the cost of the food & drinks without my knowledge. Service charge is at the customers dicrestion not the hotel and should not be automatically added for the staff to carry out their job. Feedback would be appreciated.

The room was basic but comfortable enough. It is quite dated in the bathroom and was a bit of a challenge to step into the bath to use the shower. The tea/coffee making options were limited. The fan had been left on in the room it was quite cold when we first arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. The proximity to the airport is very convenient

Located right by the airport so really convenient. Busy as you would expect for a hotel airport but surprisingly quiet through the night. My only grumble is the bed, I had a king room which must have a zip together bed. The dips between the beds were very obvous and the mattresses were in need of a change (or a decent mattress protector) it was lumpy, felt like you were sinking in areas so a very fractured sleep.

It’s definitely an older HI, but it was clean and the staff was courteous. Food was ok and you can sleep in (a little) for a super early flight because you are literally right across the street from the terminal. Very convenient

Was disappointed in our room as it was very cold and not a great outlook. The toilet roll holders were both broken as was the “heated towel tail”. Have stayed here quite often and this was definitely the worst room we’ve had.

Only there for 5 hours due to delayed inbound flight. Access to room was difficult with luggage as room door doesnt open fully (by design) Sink had obviously had something heavy dropped in it and was broken and repaired. 1 Pillow each side of bed which were thin - possibly more in the cupboard but arriving at 4.30am meant I wasnt going to go searching just sleep straight away. Woken earlier than we wanted by other guests as room doors slam shut unless controlled.
